What is your chullent recipe? What’s the secret ingredient?
A spoon of Mustard and a bit of Cumin makes it amazing:)
Brown rice instead of barley!
A teaspoon of hard salt. I also think that the type of meat makes a huge difference!
I also saute onions and the meat first and then add everything else.

I do also, because my daughter has celiac. I’ve found the round brown rice to be the best - the long brown rice tends to turn into a smush.
