Peel equal-ish amounts of carrots, squash and sweet potatoes, as much as you’d like. Cut them into chunks, straight into your pot. Cover with water. Bring it to a boil, then turn down to simmer. After at least a half hour, blend the soup. I use a stick blender right on the stove. Add dill and salt to taste. Enjoy!
